Ken Jackson joined Cox Oil as Vice President of Finance where he focuses on corporate finance, strategy and risk management. His multidisciplinary approach has resulted in a unique and noteworthy career. Prior to Cox Oil, Mr. Jackson led a team of specialists in credit, investment management and wealth transfer at J.P. Morgan’s Private Bank. Before this, he advised clients on asset allocation, portfolio construction, single stock risk management and opportunistic trades in the Investment Management Division of Goldman Sachs. Mr. Jackson also supported high altitude airborne reconnaissance missions for the U.S. military and national customers as an Engineering Manager with Raytheon.

Mr. Jackson received an MBA in Finance from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech. He is a member of Business Executives for National Security (BENS), the Dallas Petroleum Club and the Society of Petroleum Engineers. Mr. Jackson also serves on the Associate Board of the Cox School of Business at SMU and as a trustee of the Dallas Historical Society.
