Jeffrey Wallace joined Cox Operating, LLC in the New Orleans, Louisiana office in 2008. Mr. Wallace’s job duties include organizational development, recruitment and staffing, performance management, employee relations, and compensation and benefits. Prior to assuming the role in human resources, Mr. Wallace was responsible for the procurement and contractual operations for Cox.

Mr. Wallace previously worked with Roadway Express in Texas and has over twelve years of experience in Logistics and Facility Management. He was responsible for the day to day operations for one of the largest facilities in the Roadway Express system with over 400 employees. His responsibilities included labor relations in a union environment as well as facility and fleet maintenance plans. He also served as an Incident Commander for six years and was also trained as a first responder dealing with hazardous material incidents.
