Procurement Director

Jeffrey Wallace joined Cox Operating in the New Orleans office in 2008 as the Contract Manager with primary responsibilities for procurement and human resources. He previously worked with Roadway Express in Texas and has over 12 years of experience in logistics and facility management. Mr. Wallace was responsible for the day-to-day operations for one of the largest facilities in the Roadway Express system with over 400 employees. His responsibilities included labor relations in a union environment as well as facility and fleet maintenance plans. He also served as an incident commander for six years and was trained as a first responder dealing with hazardous material incidents.
